The purpose of the Voices of Impact Victim Impact Panel is to educate individuals convicted of impaired driving offenses about the real-life consequences of their choices. Through powerful firsthand presentations from victims, survivors, family members, medical professionals, and retired law enforcement and probation professionals, participants gain a deeper understanding of the physical, emotional, financial, and lifelong impact that impaired driving has on individuals, families, and the community. The program is designed to encourage personal accountability, foster empathy, and inspire safer decision-making to reduce impaired driving offenses and promote lasting behavioral change. All Victim Impact Panels are 2 hours and conducted exclusively in person.
Voices of Impact Victim Impact Panels are in-person and available for DWI cases, whether you are a first-time or repeat offender. Upon completion, we provide a certificate of completion that is accepted by the court to satisfy your Victim Impact Panel requirement.
Upon successful completion, participants will receive a Certificate of Completion, along with attendance verification available for the referring court or probation department upon request.
